Class of 2013

Elena is working on Mira on protein cloning and purification of ELPs. She likes like taking part in Duke Debate and playing Scrabble.

 

Ray Zhang

Class of 2013

Ray Dissected a human cadaver in high school and then decided to get into researching with Mingnan. He likes swimming, eating La Bamba burritoes from Sea Casa, exercising, and reading (in that order?).

 

Linda Qu

Major: Biomedical Engineering
Class of 2010

Linda is working with Weiping on developing protein-polymer conjugates for targeted drug delivery.  She also enjoys reading, dancing, spending time with friends, and prophesizing the outcome of the next Duke-UNC basketball game.

 

Amy Wen

Major: Biomedical Engineering/Math/Physics
Class of 2010

Amy is working with Wafa on making micelles with ELP diblock-protein conjugates.  When she's not triple majoring/conjugating, she enjoys a competitive badminton match, a leisurely read, or an entertaining television program.

Class of 2010

Wei is working with Weiping on developing polymer conjugates to help treat diabetes.  In the event that he might spare a minute or two for free time, he might play a sport, travel, watch a good film, or even engage in board games.
