Brooke grew up in Austin, TX and graduated from Duke in 2024 with a degree in Chemistry. During undergrad, she worked in the Chilkoti lab under Parul on self-assembling POEGMA nanoparticles and aggregates. Brooke is excited to be exploring a new application of POEGMA as a research associate in the surface lab while also working to wrap up her project with Parul in her spare time. Outside of lab, Brooke loves to practice yoga (she recently got her 200hr YTT certification), read, bike, and watch friends on repeat.
